01Fresh data first
Check the instrument, exchange, timestamp and source status together. A fresh price does not make an old analytical snapshot current. If a required source is delayed, unavailable or belongs to another instrument, wait for a matching update before interpreting the direction.
Before continuingMatch the symbol, venue and analysis time. Treat missing freshness as unknown.
02Choose the horizon
Accumulation on 4h/1d describes a different question from tactical PRE-MOVE. A broader upward context can coexist with short-term selling pressure. Read the horizons separately; combining them into one attractive score would hide the decision you are actually reviewing.
Before continuingState whether you are reviewing the broader setup or short-term timing.
03Separate direction from timing
Trend describes the prevailing context; timing asks whether a usable condition exists now. A constructive trend alone does not establish an entry. Read the stated confirmations and blockers, including transition conditions, rather than relying on a green label or one indicator.
Before continuingIdentify the missing confirmation and the condition that would change the assessment.
04Check liquidity and total cost
Spread is the gap between the best quoted buy and sell prices. Slippage is the difference between the expected and achieved price. Order-book depth and available liquidity affect both. Fees, spread and slippage can consume a small apparent edge; a candidate can therefore remain unsuitable for execution.
Before continuingReview the intended venue, depth, spread and cost assumptions together.
05Define invalidation and uncertainty
Ask what would make the interpretation wrong: loss of a level, conflicting flow, a changed regime or stale evidence. Risk and invalidation belong beside the scenario, not after it. An analytical BUY or SELL label is context for review; it is not an authorized order or a promise of return.
Before continuingWrite down what you would need to see next and what would invalidate the scenario.
06Read agreement with its limits
Modules can share inputs and may disagree because they observe different horizons. Coverage means evidence is present; it does not mean independent votes or a calibrated probability of profit. A useful coordinator preserves uncertainty and WAIT when essential checks do not pass.
Before continuingCheck which modules supplied evidence, their horizons and any unresolved blockers.

A useful WAIT explains the next step
WAITThe broader context is constructive, but short-term timing is unconfirmed and execution costs are unresolved. The interpretation remains WAIT. Reassess after a fresh matching snapshot confirms timing and supplies usable cost evidence; a favorable trend alone does not remove those blockers.
Learning is a process. Improvement needs evidence.
An active worker or an updated model file proves activity. It does not establish better forecasts or profitability. Read the evaluation window, sample size, baseline comparison, eligibility gate and evidence age.
01Collecting
Outcomes are still being gathered, or the sample is too small. Display this state explicitly; do not treat it as a validated forecast.
02Validated for its role
A module may influence its permitted role only after its stated checks pass. A shadow experiment or policy promotion does not automatically authorize production influence.
03Evidence still current
Historical improvements may not persist in a different market regime. Out-of-sample results and current data quality must remain visible beside the assessment.
