Contact channel status

Prepare a checkable description
Record the page address, language, observation date and time, disputed passage and a source that can substantiate the error. For market data, add the symbol, venue and horizon. Separate a translation error from a difference in interpretation. Do not include passwords, API keys, session tokens or portfolio details.
Original and language versions
Materials identify their date and source language. A proposed correction should clarify whether the problem concerns the original, a translation or outdated data. This checklist helps prepare a report; it does not mean that a support channel is operational.
