Domain Policy

Search results reflect registrar data at query time, but a domain is not reserved until registration succeeds. If availability or price changes before fulfilment, the order requires renewed confirmation or a refund is made.

Domains are handled under the rules of the relevant registry, registrar and, where applicable, ICANN.

The Customer provides complete, accurate, current registrant data and updates it within required timeframes. Disclosure to a registry or registrar is necessary to provide the service.

Customers can manage permitted DNS records only in zones assigned to them. Changes are validated and logged. Some transfers require an auth code, domain unlock and contact confirmation.

Renewal, redemption and deletion periods vary by TLD. The panel displays known dates and charges; the Customer remains responsible for timely renewal where auto-renewal is off or payment fails.

Abuse reports are assessed under applicable law and registry procedures. Rights disputes may be subject to registry or court processes. HOSTUVO does not determine ownership disputes beyond duties imposed by law or registrar agreement.
