We process account and contact data, billing and tax data, orders, domain registrant data, support requests, device identifiers, security logs and data required for the selected service.

Legal bases include contract performance and pre-contract steps (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), legal accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention and legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f)), and consent for optional marketing or technologies (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Data is shared only as necessary with payment, infrastructure, email and support providers, registrars and domain registries, security providers and competent authorities. The current list of key processors is published in the privacy centre.

For transfers outside the EEA, we use a GDPR-compliant mechanism such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses with an assessment of supplementary safeguards.

Data is retained for service delivery, mandatory legal periods and the time needed to establish, pursue or defend claims. Detailed periods are maintained in the retention register.

We use access controls, encryption in transit, service segmentation, audit logs, backups and incident response procedures. No security measure removes all risk.

Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent without affecting prior processing. Requests may be sent to [email protected]; identity may be verified first.

You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority (UODO) or the competent EU authority in your country.

Automation supports fraud detection, order routing and technical recommendations. If a decision with legal or similarly significant effects were based solely on automation, we would provide the required information and GDPR Art. 22 safeguards.

Material policy changes are versioned and communicated in a manner proportionate to their impact.
