Terms of Service

These Terms apply to consumers and business customers subject to mandatory applicable law.

The Customer provides accurate, current information, protects login credentials and is responsible for account activity unless it results from circumstances beyond the Customer’s responsibility.

Before an order is placed, the system displays the service, billing period, initial and renewal prices, currency, taxes and total. The contract is concluded after order confirmation and successful payment or another agreed payment method.

Prices are presented in the selected currency. Applicable taxes are calculated according to the Customer’s country and tax status. HOSTUVO displays the renewal price before purchase.

Recurring services may renew automatically where the Customer has agreed and the payment method permits it. Renewal can be disabled in the panel before the next due date. Refunds follow applicable law, the nature of the service and these Terms.

Services must not be used to break the law or third-party rights, conduct phishing, send spam, distribute malware, attack systems, bypass security, host prohibited content or threaten infrastructure stability.

Following a credible incident, HOSTUVO may apply proportionate protective measures, including temporary restriction. Where safe and feasible, the Customer will be notified and given an opportunity to remedy the issue.

Service parameters, support, backups and any availability commitments follow the plan description and SLA. A provider backup does not replace the Customer’s own copy unless the purchased service explicitly says otherwise.

Planned maintenance is communicated with reasonable notice unless urgent security work is required.

Consumers receive the information required before entering into a distance contract. If performance is requested before the withdrawal period expires, the system collects the separate statement required by law.

Complaints can be submitted through https://my.hostuvo.com/support or [email protected] and are answered within the period required by applicable law. These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

The parties are liable under applicable law. Limitations for business customers do not apply where prohibited by law, including deliberate harm.

The Customer may terminate according to the billing period. HOSTUVO may terminate where permitted by law or after a material breach using a proportionate process. Polish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence.
